加巴喷丁联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病并发呼吸道感染的疗效及对血糖及TNF-α、IL-6的影响

Effect of gabapentin combined with insulin pump on treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with respiratory tract infection and its influence on blood glucose,TNF-α and IL-6

目的研究分析加巴喷丁联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病并发呼吸道感染的疗效,分析其对患者血糖水平及TNF-α、IL-6的影响。方法选取120例2型糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组、研究组各60例。2组患者均接受糖尿病知识健康教育及抗感染、化痰、平喘、支持等相关治疗,同时对照组患者加用胰岛素泵治疗,研究组患者采用加巴喷丁联合胰岛素泵治疗,持续治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗效果及治疗前后血糖水平、炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6)水平变化。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率93.3%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的血糖指标(FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,2组患者的FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c水平均显著低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6)指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,2组患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病并发呼吸道感染疗效显著,能有效调节患者血糖水平,控制血糖平稳,降低TNF-α、IL-6水平,减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状及体征。

Objective To explore the effect of gabapentin combined with insulin pump on treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with respiratory tract infection and its influence on blood glucose level,TNF-αand IL-6.Methods Totally 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and respiratory tract infection were and randomly divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with diabetes knowledge and health education and anti-infection,phlegm,asthma,support and other related treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with insulin pump,and the patients in the study group were treated with gabapentin and insulin pump for 2 months.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level,and inflammatory factor levels(TNF-α、IL-6)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α,IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gabapentin combined with insulin pump is effective in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with respiratory tract infection,it can effectively regulate blood glucose levels,control blood sugar,reduce TNF-α,IL-6 levels,reduce inflammation,and relieve clinical symptoms and signs.[
