阴式超声联合腹部超声对早期异位妊娠的临床诊断价值

Values of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of patients with early ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨阴式超声联合腹部超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法选取120例确诊为异位妊娠患者,分为2组各60例。对照组采用阴式超声,试验组采用阴式超声联合腹部超声。比较2组诊断准确性。结果在检测出盆腔积液、包块、胚芽、假孕囊等指标方面,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的诊断阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴式超声与腹部超声各有优缺点,二者联合应用可明显提高异位妊娠的诊断阳性率,减少误诊、漏诊的发生。

Objective To explore the values of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of patients with early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound,and the experimental group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.Results In the detection of pelvic effusion,mass,germ,pregnancy sac,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound have advantages and disadvantages.The combination of the two methods can obviously increase the positive rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
