“蓝鲸游戏”引发的网络安全执法问题思考

随着互联网技术的高速发展,网络违法犯罪行为与日俱增。"蓝鲸游戏"是一款利用互联网进行传播,诱导游戏参与者进行自残,最终走向自杀的死亡游戏,在世界范围内引起强烈反响。"蓝鲸游戏"已传入我国并造成一定影响。从我国网络执法现状来看,仍存在执法权配置不合理、对互联网内容监管不力等问题。为了满足网络社会安全治理的需要,必须要加强网络执法队伍建设,发挥媒体、网络运营商的作用,共同维护网络安全,促进我国互联网大环境的健康有序发展。

With the rapid development of Internet Technology,there are more and more network crimes,Blue Whale Game is a death game that uses the Internet to spread and induces game participants to commit self-mutilation and eventually commit suicide,arousing strong repercussions around the world,“Blue Whale Game”has been introduced into China,Combined with the status quo of China’s network law enforcement,there are still issues such as the unreasonable allocation of law enforcement power and ineffective supervision over Internet content,In order to meet the needs of network social security governance,we must strengthen the personnel building of network law enforcement,give play to the role of media and network operators,jointly safeguard the network security and promote the healthy and orderly development of the Internet environment in China,
