摘要
一直以来,检察官的业务实绩是我国检察官绩效考核评价体系的主要指标。当前,改革完善检察官绩效考核评价制度是检察机关推进司法责任制改革的重要内容。在这一过程中,调整单纯以业务实绩为主的考核评价指标体系架构,坚持业务实绩和司法行为并重的指标设置思路,是我国检察官绩效考核评价制度发展的路径选择。
