益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病合并稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription on treating 60 cases of type-2 diabetes complicated with stable angina pectoris

(1)目的观察益气养阴活血方对2型糖尿病合并稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效性及安全性。(2)方法将60例2型糖尿病合并稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组给予常规西药及胰岛素降糖治疗,将血糖稳定在一定范围,治疗组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴活血方治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的疗效性及安全性。(3)结果治疗组的中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图ST段改变与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗组与对照组比较,在改善血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、尿微量白蛋白方面均有显著变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)结论在西药的基础上联合益气养阴活血方可有效改善2型糖尿病合并稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,更好的控制血糖,且在临床疗效性及安全性的比较上治疗组更优于对照组。

Objective To observe the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription for type-2 diabetes patients mellitus and the curative effect and safety of stable angina.Methods A total of 60 type-2 diabetes patients complicated with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group(30cases)and treatment group(30cases).Given on ventional western medicine and insulin glucose-lowering treatment,blood glucose and stable in a certain range,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of givenYiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription and activating blood treatment,observation of two groups of patients after treatment efficacy and safety.Results The curative effect of TCM syndrome,angina pectoris efficacy,ECG ST segment changes in the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the treatment group compared with the control group,in improving blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,c-reactive protein,homocysteine,urinary microalbuminuria were significant changes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western medicine combined qi and activating blood can effectively improve type 2 diabetes mellitus and clinical symptoms in patients with stable angina,better control of blood sugar,and in the clinical curative effect and safety on the comparison of the treatment group is more better than the control group.
