根管治疗过程中根尖微渗漏的影响因素

Affecting factors in apical microleakage during root canal therapy

根管治疗是治疗牙髓病、根尖周病的有效方法,其质量控制的主要指标是根尖孔方和冠部入口封闭的严密程度。其中根尖微渗漏是根管治疗失败的主要原因。目前对根尖微渗漏的影响因素的研究主要集中在根管冲洗液、封闭剂和根管充填方式等方面,本文在已有研究的基础上就根管形状、器械分离、碎屑挤出根尖孔等影响根尖微渗漏的因素对近年来国内外学者的研究进展进行综述。

Root canal therapy which is a systematic project is an effective treatment for dental pulp disease and periradicular lesions.The main index of the quality control for root canal therapy is the sealing degree of apical foramen and the entrance of the crown.Apical micro-leakage is the main reason for the failure of root canal therapy.At present,the research on the influence factors of apical micro-leakage mainly concentrates on the irrigations,sealers,obturation techniques.In this paper,the factors affecting the apical micro-leakage,such as root canal morphology,separated root canal instrument and apical extrusion of debris is also reviewed.
