摘要
通过对沥青进行微观结构和力学性能试验,发现沥青样品制备方法的不同会对试验结果造成很大的影响。针对一种基质沥青样品进行试验,以观测微观相位作为评价指标,采用溶剂方法、酒精灯加热方法及烘箱加热方法分别进行制样和试验。试验结果表明:烘箱加热方法对沥青原有结构和老化的影响最小,可作为推荐的沥青制备方法。
Through the microstructure and mechanical property test of asphalt,it is found that the difference in asphalt sample preparation methods makes a great difference.A kind of matrix asphalt sample was tested,the microscopic phase analysis was taken as the evaluation index,and samples were correspondingly prepared by conventional methods,solvent method,alcohol lamp heating method and oven heating method.The results showed that the influence of oven heating method on the original structure and aging of asphalt is the smallest,and the oven heating method can be used as a recommended method for the asphalt preparation.
