服从率影响下高速公路施工区限速安全研究 被引量:6

Research on the safety of expressway work zone influenced by speed limit compliance rate

摘要 为评价不同驾驶员限速服从率下高速公路施工区的限速效果,以高速公路施工区路段冲突率和速度标准差系数表征交通安全水平,建立高速公路单向行车道封闭施工区三级限速模型。在充分考虑不同服从率水平的基础上,基于替代安全仿真SSAM,建立了仿真平台,并采集数据,对仿真数据进行处理分析。研究结果表明:施工区路段冲突率、驾驶员服从率及交通量显著相关,且驾驶员服从率和交通量对路段在限速标志2,3处的断面速度标准差系数亦有显著影响。高速公路施工区限速标志对施工区的交通安全具有重要意义,且当驾驶员服从率低于70%时,高速公路施工区的限速标志将会损失全部减速效果。建议配合电子警察或其他方法进行施工区路段车辆的速度控制。 In order to evaluate the traffic safety level of expressway work zone under different driver’s compliance rate of speed limit signs,the traffic safety level is represented by the conflict rate and speed standard deviation coefficient of road segments in expressway work zone.The model for three-speed-limit simulation of the one-lane closed expressway work zone was established.On the basis of taking full account of the different levels of compliance rate,the output files and the date of the simulation model were processed and analyzed based on SSAM.The results show that the conflict rate of road sections in work zone is significantly related to driver compliance rate and traffic volume,driver compliance rate and traffic volume also have a significant impact on the section speed standard deviation coefficient of road sections at speed limit signs 2 and 3.Work zone speed limit signs are important to traffic safety when the driver compliance rate is less than 70%.The highway work zone speed limit signs will lose all the deceleration effect.It is recommended to cooperate with the electronic police or other methods for work zone road vehicle speed control.
