摘要
金堤河干流治理工程建设项目繁多,对生态环境、水环境、声环境、大气环境等均有影响,对其研究和分析具有典型性和指导性。根据工程对各环境要素的影响程度,对工程环境影响因子建立了分类识别体系,采用矩阵法进行识别。在施工过程中严格控制各工序质量,采取有针对性的环保措施,执行得当、落实到位。通过对该项目11个监测点14个监测指标的数据分析,环境敏感点受污染程度较轻,受工程过程影响较小,该项目环境保护措施成效显著。
Jindihe main stream management project has various construction projects,which has influence on ecological environment,water environment,sound environment,atmospheric environment,etc.,and it is typical and guiding on the research and analysis.A classification identification system is established according to the influence degree of the project on environmental factors,and a matrix method is used for identification.The quality of each procedure should be strictly controlled during the construction process.Targeted environmental protection measures should be taken for proper and sufficient implementation.The environmental sensitive points are less polluted and less affected by the engineering process through data analysis on 14 monitoring indicators of 11 monitoring points in the project.The environmental protection measures of the project are effective.
