摘要
处于寒区沿海地区的挡潮闸,氯盐侵蚀和冻融循环作用是使其耐久性降低进而破坏失效的主要环境因素。辽宁东港挡潮闸重建项目,采用硅烷浸渍剂作为主要混凝土构件的防护材料,本文通过混凝土试块的抗渗、抗冻性能对比试验,以及现场示范应用,验证了该材料在寒区水工建筑物防护工程中的优越性和可靠性,为工程设计及使用提供了有益的参考。
Chlorine salt erosion and freeze-thaw cycle functionare main environmental factors lowering the durability and leading to invalidity aiming at tide gates in cold coastal area.In tide gate reconstruction project of Liaoning Donggang,silane impregnating compound is regarded as protection material of main concrete members.In the paper,the advantages and reliability of the material in cold zone hydraulic structure protective projects are verified through concrete block anti-seepage and frost-resistance performance contrast test as well as field demonstration application,thereby providing beneficial reference for project design and use.
