国产个性化3D打印全颞下颌关节生物力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究国产个性化3D打印的全颞下颌关节假体的应力和位移分布,并对假体进行优化设计。方法使用Mimics 18.0对头颅进行三维重建,以Hypermesh和LS-DYNA软件建立计算机辅助工程有限元模型。通过加载最大咀嚼力,分别测定关节假体和下颌骨的应力和位移分布。结果关节窝假体表面的最大接触力为495.7 N,前牙最大咬牙合力为201.12 N。髁突头与升支假体连接部分位移最大,达到0.4152 mm。关节窝表面最大应力为20.66 MPa,略大于材料的屈服强度。下颌骨最大应力集中于髁突颈部后表面,达到122.1 MPa。结论尽管在一些细节上仍有待改进,但国产个性化3D打印的颞下颌关节假体具有良好的生物力学属性,蕴含着广阔的应用潜力。 Objective To explore the stress and displacement distributions of the Chinese customized 3D-printing total temporomandibular joint prostheses,so as to optimize the design.Methods Three-dimensional(3D)model was established by Mimics 18.0.The Hypermesh and LS-DYNA softwares were used to establish the computer aided engineering(CAE)finite element model.The stress and displacement distributions of the jaw and the Chinese custom-made temporomandibular joint(TMJ)prosthesis were analyzed by loading maximal masticatory force on the model.Results The maximum contact force on the surface of UHMWPE was 495.7 N and the maximum bite force in the anterior teeth was 201.12 N.The largest displacement was in the condylar head,which was found to be 0.4152 mm.The maximum stress in the surface of UHMWPE was 20.66 MPa,slightly larger than the yield strength.The maximum stress in the mandibular component was located at the posterior surface of the condylar neck,reaching 122.1 MPa.Conclusion Despite the need for improvement in some details,the Chinese customized 3D-printing total TMJ prosthesis still exhibits good biomechanical properties with a promising future.
