连云港市丘陵山区生态清洁小流域治理模式浅析——以赣榆区龟山生态清洁小流域综合治理为例 被引量:2

摘要 江苏连云港市赣榆区金山镇以丘陵山区的龟山小流域生态治理为单元,通过建立流域"生态修复、生态治理、生态保护"生态治理三道防线,开展丘陵山区生态清洁小流域治理模式探索。结合对小流域水土流失变化情况及其效益的监测,结果表明:龟山小流域实施生态治综合治理技术后,流域内生态、经济、社会效益明显,该小流域的生态清洁治理模式为丘陵山区开展生态清洁小流域综合治理提供技术支撑。 Guishan Small Watershed in hilly and mountainous areas of Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province has been selected as pilot project for establishment of ecologically-friendly and clean small watershed.By means of introducing three redlines of"ecological recovery,rehabilitation and protection",studies on control model of ecologically-friendly and clean small watersheds in hilly and mountainous areas were carried out.According to the monitoring results of soil and water loss and benefits of erosion control in Guishan Small Watershed,remarkable ecological,economic and social benefits have been seen thanks to the comprehensive ecological approaches.It provides a technical base for implementing ecologically-friendly and clean small watershed in hilly and mountainous regions in China.
