广西壮族自治区饮用水卫生监督快检设备配备使用管理情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the management of the use of rapid detection equipment for drinking water hygiene supervision in Guangxi

目的了解广西壮族自治区生活饮用水快检设备配备使用管理情况,提出有针对性的措施,不断提高监管水平。方法选取广西壮族自治区14个设区的市卫生监督所,每个市选取1个县(区)卫生监督所为本次调研对象,采取听取汇报、查阅资料、现场检查和填写调查表格相结合的调查方法。调查资料用Excel 2007转换成数据库,通过t检验和χ~2检验进行卫生统计学分析。结果县级机构配备的快检设备数量比市级机构多,但设备使用率却远低于市级机构,经t检验,有极显著性差异(t=4.251,P<0.001);市县两级所设备管理符合要求的项目占51.49%。结论广西壮族自治区生活饮用水快检设备存在配备不足、管理不够规范、使用率不高等问题,应通过增加经费投入,提高设备配置率,加强规范化管理,不断提高设备使用率,充分发挥其应有作用。

Objective To know the allocation,using and management situation of the fast detection equipment for drinking water in Guangxi region,to put forward corresponding measures,and to improve continuously supervision level.Method 14 city level health supervision authorities in Guangxi and 1 county level health supervision authority in each city were selected as the survey objectives to conduct the survey with the methods of listening to reports,referring to materials,on-site detection and filling survey form.The materials were converted into database with EXCEL 2007.Finally,t detec?tion andχ2 detection were conducted to make statistics analysis.Result The number of fast detection equipments provided in counties was more than that in cities,but in the using rate in counties was less than that in cities.The t detection showed a significant difference(t=4.251,P<0.001);the equipment of qualified management provided in counties and cities ac?counted for 51.49%.Conclusion There were many problems of fast detection equipment for drinking water in Guangxi re?gion,such as inadequate allocation,unstandardized management and low using rate,etc.,so equipment allocation shall be improved by increasing funding,and using rate shall be improved by enhancing standardized management so as to give full play to its due role
