摘要
本文通过对某医院非法开展人流术和取环术等计划生育手术案件的分析,介绍查处此类案件违法线索的方法,也为同行提供一些查处此类型违法案件的工作思路,为完善天津市地方计划生育法律法规提出建议。
With exemplifying a case of illegally operating artificial abortion and IUDs removal surgery in a hospital,the study introduced some methods as well as providing some thoughts on investigating and dealing with similar cases.Be?sides,the study proposed several suggestions on completing the local family planning laws and regulations of Tianjin.
