Family planning supervision is a main task of health and family planning comprehensive supervision and law enforcement.In this article,is the author analyzed problems discovered in the work of family planning supervision from the aspects of family planning laws and regulations,certificate of practice of health care institutions and family planning su?pervision and law enforcement and other aspects,and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
