进入21世纪,随着农村学校布局调整和城镇化的快速推进,我国城乡学校办学规模已进入了大规模学校与小规模学校并存的时代,呈现出"城镇大班化、乡村空校化"的两极分化现象。这样的布局调整对新型职业农民培育的资源配置、培育对象等都产生了深远影响。若长此以往,农村边远落后地区与经济发达城镇的教育差距会进一步拉大,进而阻碍新型职业农民培育进程。因此,必须推进城乡教育一体化,重视农村小规模学校建设,大力发展农村职业教育,为农业现代化发展培育更多有文化、懂技术、会经营、善管理的新型职业农民。

Into the 21 st century,with the countryside school layout adjustment and the rapid advance of urbanization,the scale of urban and rural school has entered the era of big schools and small schools,presents the"town of large,empty rural school"phenomenon. Such a layout adjustment has had a far-reaching impact on the resource allocation and cultivation of new professional farmers. In the long run,the education gap between rural outlying areas and economically developed towns will widen further and hinder the development of new professional farmers' cultivation. Therefore,we should promote the integration of urban and rural education,attach great importance to the small rural school construction,develop the rural vocational education and cultivate more new professional farmer,who have culture, understanding of the technology and good management for agricultural modernization.
