“互联网+”视域下农业高职院校“双创”型人才培养机制研究

“Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Talent Cultivation Mechanism in Agricultural Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Internet Plus”

随着"互联网+"时代的到来,在农业口径下的"双创"型人才需求缺口巨大。如何培养农业领域大学生的创新意识和创业能力已成为农业高职院校教育工作者必需面对的课题。在探讨如何推进农业高职院校"双创"教育的过程中,首先需要明确创新教育与创业教育的区别,以及两者相互融合促进的问题,还需从创新教育和创业教育文化内涵的培养,教学支撑体系的构建,实践关键环节上的把握等层面上进行研究。借助"互联网+"重构农业高职院校创新创业教育模式和人才培养机制,激发农业高职院校学生"大众创业、万众创新"的理念,是一条培养现代农业后继人才的新途径。

With the"Internet plus"era,a huge gap exists in the need of the innovation and entrepreneurship talents in the agricultural caliber. How to cultivate the innovative consciousness and skills of the students in agricultural field has become a subject that must be faced by the educators in Agricultural Vocational Colleges. However,in the discussion on how to promote the"innovation and entrepreneurship"on the part of agricultural vocational colleges,we should first understand the difference between innovation education and entrepreneurship education,and the integration of the two,and we should also explore the two issues on the levels of the cultural connotation underlying the innovation education and entrepreneurship education,the construction of teaching support system,the key link of practice teaching,etc. With the help of the "Internet plus",we should reconstruct the cultivation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Agricultural Vocational Colleges,stimulate students with "widespread entrepreneurship and innovation"concept,and find out a new path for the training of qualified personnel for modern agriculture.
