公共管理类专业大学生科研训练活动实践探索

Practice and Exploration of Scientific Research Activities of Public Management Majors

通过问卷调查与访谈对福建农林大学公共管理学院进行调查,发现该学院59.62%的学生参与了科研训练活动。其发展过程中存在问题:队伍构成单一化虽凝聚了队伍却限制了学生思路,宣传活动营造了良好氛围却造成部分学生盲目参与,活动内容缺乏延伸与协调,重视资源保障却缺乏合理配置,导师制密切了师生关系却不利于培养学生自主性。鉴于此,应从队伍组建、活动宣传、内容设置、资源配置与导师制五个方面采取措施提升活动水平。

Scientific research training activity is an important channel to enhance the practical ability and innovation ability of students. Through questionnaires and interviews,it found that there are about 59. 62% of students participating in SRT activities in College of Public Administration,Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University. But problems exist such as mono-element team limiting the research methodology,public dissemination causing the over-heated participation without definite research purposes,the SRT projects lacking in research coordination and extension, over-emphasis on resource guarantee without rational configuration, and the tutorship not beneficial to the independent operation by students. The present article offered some measures for improving SRT activities from the formation of the team,public dissemination of research activities,research purpose setup and resource distribution.
