要实现"中国制造2025"的宏伟目标,离不开大批高等工程技术人才的培养,人才培养离不开师资队伍建设。当前的高等工程教育在创新创业精神、匠心精神和人文精神方面存在明显的不足,按照联结思维建设高等工程教育师资队伍能够有效弥补这些不足。综合集成研讨厅、协同促进中心、多元统一评价体系,是联结理念高等工程教育师资队伍建设的显著特点。

To achieve the ambitious goal of "Made in China 2025",a large number of talents of higher engineering talents are urgently needed as well as a strong faculty team. The current higher engineering education has obvious shortcomings in the cultivation of the business-starting spirit,the spirit of craftsmanship and the humanistic spirit. If we construct a higher engineering education teachersteam with "connection thinking",we should make up forthe above deficiencies effectively. The remarkable characteristics of the construction of higher engineering faculty team include a comprehensive seminar panel of integrated engineering,collaborative promotion center and multi-element unified evaluation system.
