摘要
目的研究水平加速度对家兔心肌炎性因子血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-2)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肾上腺素(EPI)、内皮素-1(ET-1)表达的影响,探索水平加速度致心肌损伤的机制。方法选择20只正常新西兰兔作为实验对象,分为2组,每组10只,分别为实验组和对照组。实验组:动物固定后进行水平加速度暴露,加速度作用峰值3.6G,加速度作用时间为2s,每次暴露后休息5min,每天暴露20次,共计暴露30d。对照组:动物也按照实验组动物方式进行固定于水平加速度试验平台上,所有程序同实验组,只是不进行水平加速度暴露。分别于实验后检测家兔心肌组织Ang-2、IL-2、EPI和ET-1含量,并进行统计学处理和分析。结果与对照组动物相比,实验组动物心肌组织的Ang-2、IL-2、EPI和ET-1含量均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论模拟拦阻着舰的水平加速度作用对实验动物心肌组织的炎性因子表达水平产生了显著的影响,其可能为水平加速度导致心肌损伤的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of-Gx on Ang-2,IL-2,EPI,ET-1 in myocardium of rabbits and explore the mechanism of myocardium injure induced by-Gx.Methods Twenty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and each group has 10 rabbits.The experimental group:10 rabbits were exposed to-Gx,the peak of acceleration is 3.6 G,acceleration time is 2 s,rest 5 minutes after each exposure,20 exposures daily,for 30 days.The control group:all programs 10 rabbits received are the same as exposure group,except for horizontal acceleration exposure.The levels of Ang-2,IL-2,EPI and ET-1 in the myocardium of rabbits were measured after the experiment,and all results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control animals,the contents of Ang-2,IL-2,EPI and ET-1 in the myocardium of experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The-Gx exposures has a significant influence on the levels of inflammatory factors in the myocardium of rabbits,which could be involved in the mechanism of myocardium injure induced by-Gx.It may lead to ultrastructural damage of myocardial tissue.
