摘要
煤制天然气工艺主要包括煤气化和合成气甲烷化两个过程。综述了煤制天然气工艺中合成气甲烷化催化剂的研究进展,从活性组分、载体和助剂等方面介绍了国内外甲烷化催化剂的研究现状,并分析了甲烷化催化剂的失活原因。合成气甲烷化催化剂的发展方向是使催化剂具有更好的催化活性和热稳定性,以期开发出性能优异的具有自主知识产权的合成气甲烷化催化剂及配套技术。
The coal-based synthetic natural gas process mainly includes two processes:coal gasification and methanation of syngas.Methanation catalysts for synthetic natural gas were reviewed.Research status of methanation catalyst in the active components,supports and promoters was introduced.In addition,the deactivation of catalyst was discussed.To develop excellent performance methanation catalyst and supporting technology with the independent intellectual property rights,the development direction of synthetic gas methanation catalyst is to make the catalysts with higher catalytic activity and better thermal stability.
