摘要
针对在电路板测试中采取传统的故障诊断方法的弊端,设计了一种可以自动建立故障树模型,对故障树分析得到故障诊断路径的软件平台。该平台在建立故障树结构后,采用Fussell-Vasely算法计算出最小割集和最小路集,由最小割集进行不交化优化处理得到顶事件不可靠度,并计算出各个底事件的相关重要度参数,继而测试人员根据结果分析得到一条最优的故障诊断路径,可以提高命中电路板故障元件的概率,减少盲目测试的次数。该软件平台界面友好,操作简单,提高了电路板故障诊断的效率。
In view of the disadvantage of traditional fault diagnosis method for the circuit board tests,this paper designs a software platform for building fault tree model and getting fault diagnosis path with data analysis.After developing this model,the platform adopt Fussell-Vasely algorithm to calculate minimum cut sets and minimum path sets,then get probability of top event by disjointing minimum cut sets directly and calculate some related importance parameters of all base events.The developer get an optimal fault diagnosis path,hitting the fault units easily because of reducing the measurement times.The software platform has user-friendly feature and simple operation to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
