摘要
随着精密制造业的发展,人们对于产品外观和质量的要求大大提高,尤其对于汽车产品的柔性钣金件来说,焊接工艺极易引起零件变形,最终影响产品的外观甚至性能。车身装配每年花费在诸如零件无法装配,零件制造不合格,以及返工上的资金高达数百万美元。基于Polyworks软件平台,通过对实物进行逆向工程,虚拟装配出零件实际装配状态,检查间隙情况并对零件做出预调。尽早发现产品尺寸存在的问题,从而节约生产成本,同时减少整车制造的时间,提高产品质量。
This paper based on the Polyworks,through the reverse engineering,virtual matching the actual assembly status of the parts,then check the gap situation and preset the parts.To find out the problem of product size as early as possible,so as to save the production cost and reduce the time of vehicle manufacture and improve the product quality.
