摘要
设计了一种针织无缝内衣机的人机交互系统。该系统基于AM335x微处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统平台,扩展了人机功能模块所需的硬件接口,研究了并行总线和串行总线的通信机制,采用Qt应用程序开发框架设计了用户操作界面,实现了对密度电机、电磁阀和电磁铁选针器等的控制以及产品参数和花型的配置。在实验室进行的测试结果表明该系统达到了针织无缝内衣机人机交互所需要的功能,验证了该方案的可行性和稳定性。
This paper designs a man-machine interactive system for knitted seamless underwear machine.The system is based on AM335x microprocessors and embedded Linux operating system platform,expands the hardware interface of man-machine function modules required,and studies the parallel bus and serial bus communication mechanism,uses Qt application development framework to design the user interface,and realizes the density of motor,the electromagnetic valve and the electromagnet needle selection control and product parameters configuration.
