摘要
以STM32为系统控制器核心,采用模块化设计思想,设计了一款AGV控制系统,实现各个模块之间的通讯与控制。该控制器通过控制板结合软件程序的编写,实现与上位机的无线通讯、触摸屏上状态信息的显示和基本参数的设定、外围数据的采集以及控制等功能,达到了AGV的自主行走与远程控制。在实际行走测试中,AGV的路径偏差和实时跟踪能力都已达到很好的效果,具有一定的实用价值。
Taking STM32 as the core of the system controller and adopting the modular design idea,an AGV control system is designed to realize the communication and control among the modules.The controller combines control panel with the software program and then the host computer and wireless communication,touch screen display status information and the basic parameters set,external data acquisition and control could be realized.As a result,it can walk automatically and be controllable remotely.In the actual walk test,the path deviation and real-time tracking ability of AGV have achieved good results.
