Design of Stepper Motor Driver Based on L6470

设计了一种步进电机驱动器,可以通过RS232接口控制电机转速、旋转角度和细分系数。该设计以STM32F103RCT6作为主控制器,以L6470作为驱动芯片,分析了基于电压控制的细分驱动技术、L6470芯片的配置方法和系统各硬件模块的电路设计,最后通过实物验证驱动器的性能。

This paper designs a stepper motor driver,which can control the motor speed,rotation angle and subdivision coefficient through RS232 interface.This design uses STM32F103RCT6 as the main controller,L6470 as the driver chip,and analyzes the microstepping driving technology based on voltage control,the configuration method of L6470 chip and the circuit design of each hardware module,and finally verifies the performance of the driver by physical verification.
