摘要 目的研究黄芩苷-小檗碱复合物的形成规律。方法在不同黄芩苷和小檗碱比例、加热方法、介质(pH、离子强度)的条件下,HPLC法测定共煎沉淀的产量和组成。结果当黄芩苷、小檗碱用量分别为0.5、1 g时,沉淀量最高。加热温度升高、pH近中性(6.8)、葡萄糖加入均有利于沉淀生成,而NaCl加入则恰好相反。结论黄芩苷-小檗碱复合物的产量和组成主要受加热温度、添加剂的影响。 AIM To study the formation rules of baicalin-berberine complex.METHODS Under the conditions of different ratios of baicalin to berberine,heating methods and media(pH,ionic strength),the yield and composition of mixed decoction precipitation were determined by HPLC.RESULTS 0.5 g Baicalin and 1 g berberine produced the highest amount of precipitation.Higher heating temperature,nearly neutral pH(6.8)and glucose addition were beneficial to precipitate generation,in sharp contrast to NaCl addition.CONCLUSION The yield and composition of baicalin-berberine complex are mainly influenced by heating temperature and additives.
