摘要
基于主成分分析法和层次分析法对手持抄表掌机的采集数据性能进行评估。首先分析手持抄表掌机评价指标,通过集值统计法和直线型无量纲处理法对其进行无量纲化处理;然后采用主成分分析法对指标进行处理,确定通信指标、技术性指标、结构和功能性指标及机械和电气性能4个综合指标;最后应用层次分析法评价模型,引入一致度函数并基于遗传算法对采集数据性能的权重进行寻优,确定模型的构成。案例应用表明,所提出的模型无需过多依赖于对指标的了解,降低人为主观性,大大提高了评估效率和准确性。
The data acquisition performance of handheld meter reading is evaluated based on principal component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process method.Firstly,evaluation indexes of handheld meter reading are analyzed,which is nondimensionalized by set-valued statistics method and linear nondimensionalization method.Then,indexes processed by principal component analysis method to determine four integrated indexes including communication index,technical index,structural and functional index and Mechanical and electrical index.Finally,analytic hierarchy process method is applied to evaluate the model and the consistency function is introduced and weight of data acquisition performance is optimized based on genetic algorithm to determine the structure of the model.Case application show that the proposed model is no need to relay too much on the under standing of index andreduces human subjectivity and improves greatly efficiency and accuracy of evaluation.
