不同采血方法进行血常规检验在临床中的应用价值

Clinical Value of Blood Routine Examination with Different Blood Collection Methods

目的:探讨和分析运用不同采血方法进行血常规在临床检验中的应用价值。方法:选择某院86例体检患者作为研究对象,根据采血方法的不同将其分成对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组采用手指末梢采血方法进行采血,研究组患者采用静脉采血方法进行采血,比较两组患者的各项血常规指标。结果:两组患者的红细胞血红蛋白浓度、红细胞体积、红细胞血红蛋白量等指标值差异不明显(P>0.05);研究组患者的白细胞计数、红细胞比容、红细胞计数、血小板、血红蛋白等各项血常规指标检测结果更接近人体的正常值,检测准确度高于对照组,两组检测效果差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:不同的采血方法对血常规的检验结果均有一定的影响,与手指末梢采血方法相比,静脉采血方法采血准确度更高,建议临床使用静脉采血方法进行血常规检验血样采集。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of blood collection and blood sampling in blood routine clinical test by different blood sampling methods.Methods:86 patients in a hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group as the subjects according to the different methods of blood sampling,with 43 cases in each group.In the control group,the blood was collected by the end of the finger,and the patients in the study group were collected by the method of venous blood collection,then the blood routine indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration,erythrocyte volume and erythrocyte hemoglobin content between the two groups(P>0.05).The white blood cell count,hematocrit,red blood cell count,platelet,hemoglobin and other blood routine indicators in the study group were closer to the normal value of the body,and the detection accuracy was higher than that in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different blood collection methods have a certain effect on the results of blood routine examination.Compared with the finger tip blood collection method,the venous blood sampling method is more accurate.It is suggested that venous blood collection should be used in clinic to collect blood samples by routine blood examination.
