普外急腹症患者360例应用腹腔镜治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopy in the Treatment of 360 Cases of Patients with Acute Abdomen

目的:研究讨论普外急腹症患者应用腹腔镜治疗的临床效果及症状改善情况。方法:参与本实验的普外急腹症患者共360例,按照随机数字表法将其分成研究组和参照组,将腹腔镜手术和传统开腹手术分别应用于两组患者临床治疗中,对比相关指标数据。结果:相比于参照组,研究组患者临床治疗相关指标如手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率均更低,患者的治疗痊愈率更高(P<0.05),患者临床效果更明显。结论:普外急腹症患者在临床治疗过程中应用腹腔镜效果显著,并且手术治疗具有一定安全性,在达到预期临床效果的同时能够提高预后质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect and symptom improvement of laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with general external acute abdomen.Methods:A total of 360 patients with general external acute abdomen were divided into study group and reference group according to random digital table method.Laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery were used in clinical treatment of two groups of patients,and the relevant index data were compared.Results:Compared with the reference group,the patients in the study group had lower incidence of complications such as the time of operation,and the amount of blood lost during the operation,etc.and higher cure rate(P<0.05),and the clinical effect was more obvious in the study group.Conclusion:Laparoscopy is effective in the clinical treatment of patients with general external acute abdomen,and the surgical treatment has certain safety.It can improve the quality of prognosis and clinical application value in achieving the expected clinical effect at the same time.
