老年良性前列腺增生患者经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗的临床效果

Clinical Curative Effect of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of the Prostate in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:评价在老年良性前列腺增生患者治疗中采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的临床治疗效果。方法:某院收治的老年良性前列腺增生患者26例,所有患者均采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术进行治疗,随访3个月,对患者各项治疗前后指标进行比对和分析。结果:患者手术时间为(89.30±21.66)min,术中出血量为(17.45±8.20)g·L-1,切除组织量平均为(46.78±13.56)g,相比对于术前,术后患者症状评分均得以明显改善,各项比对数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:在老年良性前列腺增生患者治疗中采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术可获得满意的治疗效果,在临床治疗中值得大范围应用和推广。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:26 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in a hospital were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate,and after 3 months of follow-up,the indexes before and after treatment of patients were compared and compared.Results:The surgery time of patients was(89.30±21.66)min,intraoperative blood loss was(17.45±8.20)g·L-1,the amount of tissue removed an average of(46.78±13.56)g,and compared to the preoperative,the postoperative symptoms were improved obviously,the difference of the comparison data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate has satisfactory therapeutic effect in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment in large range.
