核磁共振影像学诊断三叉神经痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosis of Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:对核磁共振影像学应用于三叉神经痛临床诊断中的效果和价值进行分析。方法:选取49例2014年4月~2017年2月期间在某院接受治疗的三叉神经痛(单侧疼痛)患者,对上述患者分别接受头颅CT和核磁共振影像学检查,对两种诊断方法的效果进行对照研究。结果:核磁共振影像学检查的诊断符合率为95.92%,明显高于头颅CT检查的75.51%,P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:核磁共振影像学应用于三叉神经痛临床诊断中的效果和价值十分显著,具有诊断正确率高、操作方法简单、无创、患者满意度高等诸多优势,值得大力推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect and value of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:49 cases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia(unilateral pain patients)treated in a hospital from April 2014 to February 2017 were selected and given cranial CT and MRI examination,then the effect of two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than that of cranial CT examination(75.51%)(P<0.05),there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The application effect and value of MRI in the clinical diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia is very significant.It has many advantages,such as high diagnostic accuracy,simple operation,non-invasive,high patient satisfaction and so on,which is worth popularizing.
