探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选择2015年4月~2016年5月期间于某院就诊的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为两组,对照组应用阿司匹林治疗,观察组应用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效与血脂水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94%(47/50),远高于对照组治疗有效率64%(32/50);观察组血脂水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床治疗中,采用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,效果显著、安全可靠,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in a hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with aspirin,then the clinical efficacy and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94%(47/50),which was much higher than that in the control group(64%,32/50).The improvement of blood lipid level in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,atorvastatin combined with aspirin is effective,safe and reliable,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
