分析心理护理对改善鼻息肉手术患者负面情绪和术后疼痛的积极作用

Positive Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving the Negative Emotion and Postoperative Pain of Patients with Nasal Polyp Surgery

目的:分析心理护理干预运用在鼻息肉手术患者的护理中,对于改善患者负面情绪及术后疼痛的效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2016年12月期间在某院接受手术治疗的60例鼻息肉患者进行研究,随机将60例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上联合心理护理干预,比较两组患者的负面情绪及术后疼痛状况。结果:资料统计显示,观察组患者干预后的SAS(焦虑评分)为(44.0±2.9)分,对照组为(50.9±5.0)分;观察组患者干预后的SDS(抑郁评分)为(45.3±3.8)分,对照组为(52.0±5.7)分;观察组干预后VAS(视觉模拟疼痛评分)为(3.1±1.0)分,对照组为(4.7±1.3)分,两组患者三项指标之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者对于护理服务的满意度为93.33%(28/30),优于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻息肉手术患者实施心理护理干预,能够有效改善患者的术后负面情绪及疼痛,进而推动和谐护患关系的建立,方法值得在临床中借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with nasal polyps to improve the patient's negative emotion and postoperative pain.Methods:60 cases of patients with nasal polyps treated in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group;The two groups of patients were given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,then the negative emotion and postoperative pain in the two groups were compared.Results:Data statistics showed that the scores of SAS(anxiety score)after intervention were(44.0±2.9)in the observation group and(50.9±5.0)in the control group.The SDS(depression score)after intervention was(45.3±3.8)in the observation group and(52.0±5.7)in the control group.Visual analogue pain score(VAS)was(3.1±1.0)in the observation group and(4.7±1.3)in the control group.There were statistically significant differences among the three indexes between the two groups(P<0.05);The patients'satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was 93.33%,which was better than that in the control group(83.33%,28/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for patients with nasal polyps can effectively improve postoperative negative emotions and pain,and further promote the establishment of harmonious nurse patient relationship,which is worthy of learning from clinical practice.
