脑卒中患者抑郁状况的早期护理干预

Early Nursing Intervention on Depression of Stroke Patients

目的:分析脑卒中患者抑郁状况的早期护理干预。方法:将2015年7月~2017年2月80例脑卒中患者作研究对象并随机分组,常规干预组实施常规护理,早期干预组针对抑郁症状实施早期护理干预。比较两组脑卒中康复效果;患者对护理的满意度评分、自理能力评分、住院时间;干预前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、运动功能和神经功能评分。结果:早期干预组脑卒中康复效果高于常规干预组,P<0.05;早期干预组患者对护理的满意度评分、自理能力评分、住院时间优于常规干预组,P<0.05;干预前两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、运动功能和神经功能评分相近,P>0.05;出院时早期干预组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、运动功能和神经功能评分优于常规干预组,P<0.05。结论:脑卒中患者给予早期护理干预,可有效减轻患者抑郁情绪,提高康复效果,改善运动功能和神经功能,提升患者自理能力和满意度,缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the early nursing intervention on depression in stroke patients.Methods:80 stroke patients July 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine intervention group received routine nursing care,and the early intervention group received early nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect,scores of patients'satisfaction with nursing and self-care ability,length of stay,scores of Hamilton depression scale,and the motor function and nerve function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of stroke rehabilitation in early intervention group was higher than that in routine intervention group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction,self-care ability and hospital stay in the early intervention group were better than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression scale,motor function and nerve function were similar in the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of Hamilton depression scale,motor function and nerve function in the early intervention group were better than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention in stroke patients can effectively alleviate depression,improve rehabilitation effect,improve motor function and nerve function,and improve patients'self-care ability and satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,which is worthy of promotion.
