护理干预对孕妇实施标准产前检查依从性的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Pregnant Women with Standard Prenatal Examination

目的:研究探讨护理干预对孕妇实施标准产前检查依从性的影响。方法:将全部200例患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组100例,实验组给予护理干预,对照组不施加干预措施。问卷调查由护理人员实施,产后1周实施问卷调查。结果:实验组的产前检查次数、完成全部检查人数、定期产检达标率均高于对照组,产前并发症低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可提高孕妇实施标准产前检查的依从性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of pregnant women with standard prenatal examination.Methods:200 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was given nursing intervention,and the control group did not apply the intervention measures.The questionnaire was carried out by the nursing staff and the questionnaire was carried out 1 weeks after the postpartum.Results:The number of antenatal examination,the total number of inspecting,and the rate of regular production of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the prenatal complications were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the compliance of pregnant women in the implementation of standard antenatal examination.
