探讨人性化护理在急诊患者护理工作中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察探讨人性化护理在急诊患者护理工作中的临床应用。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月来院接受急诊的418例患者,按照护理方式分为A、B两组,A组给予人性化护理,B组给予常规护理,观察比较两组患者的焦虑度、抑郁度、住院时间以及患者对护理的满意度。结果:通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者进行焦虑和抑郁的评价,A组患者的SAS和SDS评分明显低于B组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组住院时间明显低于B组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者对护理的满意度高于B组(P<0.05)。A、B两组在护理前,患者各项体征指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人性化护理在急诊患者护理工作中有良好的临床利用价值,可在临床推广。 Objective:To observe the clinical application of humanized nursing in emergency patients.Methods:418 cases emergency patients treated in a hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the nursing mode.The group A received humanized care,and the group B was given conventional nursing,then the The degree of anxiety,depression,length of hospital stay,and the satisfaction with nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in group A were significantly lower than those in group B through evaluation of anxiety and depression by self-Rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-Rating depression scale(SDSs),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05);group A patients'satisfaction was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Before nursing care,there was no significant difference in the indexes of patients'physical signs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing has good clinical application value in the nursing work of emergency patients,and can be popularized in clinic.
