摘要
以FeCl_3和KH_2PO_4为原料,采用水热法制备花状FePO_4,考察其对苦瓜残渣催化合成5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的催化性能。用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等对样品进行表征,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和苦瓜残渣用量等参数对5-HMF产率的影响。结果表明,水热法制备的花状FePO_4比沉淀法制备的无定型FePO_4对苦瓜残渣催化合成5-HMF表现出更好的催化活性,花状FePO_4在六次循环实验后对5-HMF产率下降7.2%。在催化剂用量0.09g,反应温度180℃、反应时间3 h和物料浓度1.0 g·L-1条件下5-HMF产率达到172 mgHMF/gResidue。
Flowerlike FePO4 were prepared for the catalytic conversion of balsam pear residue into 5hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)using FeCl3 and KH2 PO4 as raw materials via a hydrothermal route.Several techniques such as XRD,FTIR,and SEM were employed to characterize the fabricated FePO4 sample.The effects of experimental parameters,including catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time,and mass of balsam pear residue,on the 5-HMF yield were also investigated.Results suggest that flowerlike FePO4 generated by hydrothermal method exhibited higher catalytic activity for the balsam pear residue converted into 5-HMF in compared to amorphous FePO4 bulks prepared by the precipitation route,of which the 5-HMF yield was decreased by 7.2%after six recycled times.5HMF yield of 172mgHMF/gResidue was achieved at the catalyst dosage of 0.09g,reaction temperature of 180℃,reaction time of 3 h,and balsam pear residue of 1.0 g·L-1.
