摘要
合成了一种铜咔咯配合物(CuTPC)催化非活泼的C(sp^3)-H键。以二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)为氧化剂,通过交叉脱氢偶联(cross dehydrogenative coupling,CDC)反应使1,4-二氧六环和羧酸类氧化酯化为α-酰氧基醚,实验证明CuTPC催化CDC反应是一种有较高效率的、较广反应底物的有机合成方法。
A copper corrole catalyzed oxidative esterification reaction between unactivated C(sp3)H bonds from 1,4dioxane and carboxylic acids using ditertbutyl peroxide(DTBP)as the oxidant via a cross dehydrogenative coupling(CDC)reaction was established,which tolerated a wide range of carboxylic acids substrates to react with cyclic ether,providing an efficient method for the preparation ofαacyloxy ethers with good yields.
