摘要
4-异丙氧基-3-吡啶硼酸是一种重要的医药中间体,目前其合成工艺未见文献报道。本文以3-溴吡啶为起始原料,经氧化、硝化、取代、还原和硼酸化反应得到目标产物,该方法原料易得,成本低廉,副产物少,收率较高,适合工业化生产。
(4-Isopropoxypyridin-3-yl)boronic acid as an important pharmaceutical intermediate,the synthesis process was not repor-ted at present.3-Bromopyridine as starting materials,by oxidation,nitration,substitution,reduction to synthesize compound target product.The advantage of this method was low cost,less byproducts,high yield,and this method was expected to be applied to industrial production.
