摘要
稳定同位素技术为研究植物水分利用提供了便利,研究河东沙地植物的水分利用对荒漠生态系统管理和生态修复有重要意义。本研究采用同位素技术分析了河东沙地沙蒿的水分利用情况,结果表明:6月和9月沙蒿主要利用0~60 cm的土层水分,6月份0~60 cm土层水分贡献率87.1%,9月份0~60 cm土层水分贡献率84.0%,6月和9月0~20 cm土层水分贡献率达到了40%;沙蒿是一种浅根系植物,主要依赖60 cm以上土层的土壤水分生存;6月和9月土壤含水量差异不大,沙蒿水分来源的变异也不大。
Stable isotope technique provides convenience for the study on plant water use.The study on water use of plants in Hedong sandy area is significant to desert ecosystem management and ecological restoration.In this paper,water use of Artemisia ordosica in Hedong sandy area of Ningxia based on stable isotope technique was studied.The result showed that Artemisia ordosica mainly made use of the water within 0~60 cm soil layer in June and September;the water contribution rate within 0~60 cm soil layer was 87.1%in June and 84%in September;the water contribution rate within 0~20 cm soil layer reached 40%in June and September.Artemisia ordosica is a kind of shallow-root plant,which mainly lives on the water within 0~60 cm soil layer.Water sources of Artemisia ordosica in June and September are similar due to the few difference of soil moisture content in the these periods.
