医学院校药学高等教育现状及其教育生态学分析

Present situation of higher pharmaceutical education and its educational ecology at medical universities

医学院校药学教育在我国药学高等教育中占有举足轻重的地位。在教育生态学的视角下,医学院校的药学教育生态主体、生态客体和生态环境各要素相互制约、相互影响、相互补充、相互促进。文章在分析目前药学教育现状的基础上,提出应协调好三者之间的关系,充分发挥医学院校药学教育特色以及培养适应时代发展要求的药学类人才,才能推进药学教育向纵深方向发展。

Pharmaccutical cducationatm edicalunivcsitieshasadecisivcposition inChina’s higher pharmacy education.From the perspective of educational ecology,various elements of ecological subjects,objects and environment of pharmaceutical education at medical universities restrict,complement and promote one another.This paper first analyzes the present situation of pharmaceutical education.Then it points out that well handling the relationship between the three can give full play to the characteristics of pharmaceutical education of medical universities and produce pharmaceutical personnel who meet the needs of the times so as to promote the in-depth development of pharmaceutical education.
