从JCI评审谈如何构建医学人文关怀

Construction of medical humanistic care in view of JCI hospital accreditation

目的强化人文关怀意识,探索加强医学人文关怀的做法。方法借鉴美国JCI医院评审的理念、标准和方法,对比国内等级医院评审标准,分析医学人文关怀教育中存在问题,从制度、理念等方面提出构建人文关怀的做法。结果从制度上构建人文关怀的机制,从理念上强化人文关怀的意识,从硬件上改善人文关怀的环境、从服务细节上注重人文关怀的体现,从而强化医学的人文关怀。结论基于JCI理念是构建医学人文关怀的有益工具,对改善当前等级医院评审制度具有互补作用。

Objective To explore ways for strengthening the awareness of humanistic carc and its realization in medicine.Methods By comparing Joint Commission International(JC I)hospital accreditation standards and the domestic hospital accreditation standards,learning from the ideas,standards and methods from JCI hospital accreditation standards,we analyze the problems of medical humanistic care education\n China.Then we propose several ways to carry out medical humanistic care\n terms of systems and ideas.Results We constructed the mechanism for humanistic care in the current system,strengthen the awareness of humanistic care in thinking,improve the environment of humanistic care,and emphasize the realization of humanistic care in service details,thus strengthening medical humanistic care.Conclusion JCI thinking useful tool for construction of medical humanistic care and plays a complementary role in the cu--rent hospital accreditation system.
