摘要 目的创新医院满意度测评工作的方式、方法,提质增效,降低测评成本。方法借助移动互联网技术和移动终端,建立在线满意度测评系统,自动统计分析、生成报表。结果移动互联网环境下的满意度测评工作便捷、高效,人力、物力等测评成本大幅度降低,测评数据更加真实,测评结果更加直观。结论在移动互联网环境下开展满意度测评,医院收发、患者填报均不受时间、地点限制,可拓宽医患沟通渠道,推进医德医风建设,提升管理和服务水平。 Objective To innovate the means and methods of hospital satisfaction cvalua--ion,improve quality and efficiency,and reduce the evaluation cost.Methods With the help of mobile Internet technology and mobile term inal,we established an online satisfaction evaluation system to perform automatic statistical analysis and generate reports.Results The satisfaction evaluation under the mobile Internet environment is convenient and efficient.Costs of human and material resources have been greatly reduced,the evaluation data are more authentic,and the evaluation results are presented more directly.Conclusion Carrying out customer satisfaction evaluation in the mobile Internet environment enables the hospital to get results andpatients to evaluate without the constraints of time and place.It can broaden doctor-patient communication channels,promote the construction of medical ethics,and improve hospitals'management and service.
