摘要
心脏听诊是心血管疾病诊断与治疗的重要方法,临床教学过程中发现学生对心脏听诊的掌握程度不理想。武汉大学医学部在CPPT模式下对心脏听诊进行教学改革,将基础医学知识与临床医学知识结合提高心脏听诊教学质量,文章介绍了该模式实施过程中遇到的问题及解决方案。
Cardia causcultation isan im po rtantm eth od fordiagnosisand trcatm entof cardiovascular diseases.In clinical teaching wc found that medical students^mastery of cardiac auscultation was not satisfactory.Medical College of Wuhan University has explored CPPT pattern to reform cardiac auscultation teaching.Basic medical knowledge was combined with clinical medical knowledge to improve the quality of teaching.In addition,the paper discusses problems and solutions during implementation of CPPT pattern.
