“精准医学”模式下肿瘤学研究生培养途径的探讨

Approaches to training oncology graduate students with the mode of precision medicine

尽管肿瘤学的发展日新月异,然而其形势依旧非常严峻。"精准医学"时代的到来有望解决肿瘤治疗的瓶颈,并开启肿瘤治疗的新局面。在"精准医学"的大背景下,具有精准化思维模式的肿瘤学人才储备尤为重要,这也对肿瘤学研究生教育提出了迫切要求。文章从肿瘤学研究生的课程教学、科学研究及临床实践等方面阐述了肿瘤学研究生精准化培养的可行途径。

Although oncology isdeveloping rapidly,it still faces great challenges.The arrival of the era of precision medicine is expected to solve the bottleneck of tumor treatm ent and open a new phase in tumor therapy.Under the broad background of precision medicine,the reserve of oncology talents with precision mode of thinking is particularly im portant,urgent needs to oncology graduate training.In this paper,we summarize oncology graduate training in term s of course teaching,scientific research,clinical practice.
