摘要
目的探究以岗位胜任力为导向的妇产科学教学质量评价体系,并将评价结果反馈于教学活动中,以促进课程教学质量的提升。方法以临床医学定向2012级1班为观察组(61人)、定向2班为对照组(62人)对比研究。观察组在授课过程中增加全科医师岗位胜任力特征,如人文关怀、全人照顾、医患沟通、以孕妇为中心照顾、团队合作、孕期健康教育等内容;对照组采用既往传统的教学方法,并将前期研究的妇产科教学质量评价指标体系用于教学效果评价。结果两组一级指标的"具体操作过程"无统计学差异(P>0.05),"操作前准备、操作后事项"以及总得分、满意度评分等均存在统计学差异,观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学农村订单定向免费医学生的教学过程中贯彻人文关怀、医患沟通、团队合作、预防服务等全科医学理念及知识,对培养学生岗位胜任力有较好的指导性作用。
Objective To explore the teaching quality evaluation system in post competence-oriented obstetrics and gynecology teaching to improve the teaching quality by applying assessment feedback to teaching.Methods Weselected 61 students in Class1,Grade 2012 of Clinical Medic-ine for rural areas as theo bservation group,and another 62 students in Class2 as the controlgr-oup.We added contents including humanistic care,whole person care,doctor-patient communi-cation,team work,pregnancy care and pregnant women's health education in the observation gro-up's teaching process based on post competence of general physicians.Incontrast,the control gro-up was taught with the traditional methods.We evaluated the clinical practicing capacity outco-mes in the two groups on antenatal care by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Evaluation Indicator Sy-stem of Teaching Quality studied before by ourselves.Results There was nostatistically signifi-cant difference in Concrete Practice Process,one of the 1stl evelindicator(P>0.05);however,the observation group got significantly higher scores than thec ontrolgroupin Preparations Before Practice,Proceedings After Practice,the to talscore,and degree of satisfaction(P<0.05).Con-clusion Throughout the whole process of clinical medicine teaching for medical students trained for free to serve rural areas,we should implement the philosophy and knowledge of general med-icine such as humanistic care,doctor-patient communication skills,teamwork spirit,and preven-tion care,which provide guidance for cultivating the students'post competence.
