三伏天灸调节支气管哮喘患者Th1/Th2比值的初步研究

The preliminary study of Tian Jiu therapy regulating Th1/Th2 ratio in bronchial asthma patients

目的探讨三伏天灸治疗支气管哮喘能否有效调节辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)1/Th2比值。方法将该院接受三伏天灸治疗的30例支气管哮喘患者作为患者组,另外选取20例同期健康体检者作为对照组。用实时荧光定量PCR检测患者组三伏天灸治疗前、后以及对照组T-bet、GATA-3、Foxp3和STAT-6的mRNA表达;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平;采用流式细胞术检测Th1、Th2细胞百分率。结果三伏天灸治疗后,患者组Th1/Th2比值升高,IFN-γ分泌水平降低,T-bet和GATA-3表达水平明显升高,STAT-6表达水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三伏天灸疗法可以通过降低Th2,调节Th1/Th2的比值,对支气管哮喘患者的治疗发挥作用。

Objective To investigate whether Tian Jiu therapy can regulate Th1/Th2 ratio effectively for bronchial asthma patients.Methods A total of 30 bronchial asthma patients who were treated with Tian Jiu therapy in the hospital were enrolled in the study as patients group and 20 healthy individuals were enrolled as control group.The mRNA of T-bet,GATA3,Foxp3 and STAT-6 were detected by using realtime-PCR,while IFN-γand IL-4 were detected by using ELISA for control group and patents group before and after treatment.Flow cytometry was used to detect Th1/Th2 ratio.Results After Tian Jiu therapy,Th2 proportion decreased and Th1/Th2 ratio increased,secretion of IFN-γdecreased,mRNA of T-bet and GATA3 significantly increased,while STAT-6 decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Tian Jiu therapy has therapeutic effect on bronchial asthma patients through decreasing Th2 proportion and regulating Th1/Th2 ratio.
