摘要 人们每天有80%以上的时间是在室内度过的。室内光环境是室内环境品质的重要组成部分,对居住者的生活质量和健康有很大影响。目前国内关于室内健康照明的研究仍处于起步阶段。研究有利于居住者健康的光环境设计非常重要。2014年实施的美国健康建筑评价标准——WELL v1.0标准,是第一部以人的健康为导向的建筑评价标准。其中光部分条款致力于减少对居住者昼夜节律的侵扰、提高其工作效率、帮助其获得良好睡眠,并根据需要提供相应的视觉敏感度。通过分析WELL标准光部分条款,为我国室内光环境设计提供一些参考。 People spend more than 80%of their time indoors every day in modern society.Indoor luminous environment is one main component of the indoor environment,which has a great impact on health and living quality of the occupants.But the domestic study on indoor healthy lighting is still in its infancy.It is very important to study the indoor luminous environment design which is beneficial to occupants’health.The first version of the WELL building Standard(WELL),the healthy building assessment standard in the United States,which has been issued in 2014,is the first health-oriented building evaluation systems.WELL aims to minimize disruption to body’s circadian system,enhance productivity,support good sleep quality and provide visual acuity where needed through its credits on Light.The paper provides suggestions for indoor luminous environment design based on the analysis of light design items of the WELL Standard.
