摘要
以寒冷气候区典型城市天津的居住建筑为研究对象,选用节能计算软件PKPM,总结建筑自身节能因素对权衡计算建筑全年耗热量的影响规律。基于常用建筑参数的统计结果,选用典型的计算数据,采用控制变量的方法,每次仅改变单一变量,对模拟结果数据进行多项式拟合,得到建筑全年耗热量与建筑自身因素的回归方程,结果发现,不同自身参数对能耗的影响程度不同,因此提出了对于不同建筑在权衡计算时进行参数调整的顺序,以满足节能设计要求。
Using simulation tool-PKPM,the paper analyzed the building energy consumption of residential building according to different factors,including the window to wall ratio,body shape factor and thermal performance of envelope structure.Polynomial fitting was used to get the regression equation.Results showed that different parameters have different effects,proposing the order of parameter adjustment for different buildings.It helps us to meet the energy-saving design requirements.
